Where can I purchase Fancy Feast products after the site closes?
All of your cat’s favorite Fancy Feast recipes are available online or locally at your favorite retailer. You can also find select single flavor packs here. Plus, you can continue to make every mealtime even more exciting by earning rewards on every purchase of your cat’s Fancy Feast favorites - automatically when you order from us through the myPurina app and Shop Purina, or by simply uploading your receipt in the myPurina app for all other purchases.
Will there be a similar custom variety pack service offered elsewhere?
Currently we are unable to offer a similar customizable option. We encourage you to consider the wide variety of exceptional Fancy Feast recipes available online or locally for purchase at your favorite retailer as well as here that will allow you to continue to mix and match a mouthwatering mealtime menu featuring your cat’s Fancy Feast favorites.
When did the closure announcement happen?
We shared the news of the closure with consumers via email on May 26, 2026, and it was also communicated on our website starting this same date.
What is the last date I can place an order?
The last date for processing orders is July 30, 2026. All orders, including subscription orders, placed on or before this final order date will be delivered as normal.
Can I create a new subscription or reactivate an existing one?
We have removed these options since we are in the process of closing our site. We took these steps to ensure we can fulfill existing subscriptions based on current inventory and provide the best possible experience through the end of service.
If you currently have an active subscription, please know you can still manage it within your account and edit the pack size as well as the contents through July 30, 2026. It will continue to process according to your preferred schedule.
When will subscriptions cancel?
Subscriptions will continue to process as expected according to your chosen schedule through July 30, 2026. All subscriptions will then cancel automatically on July 31, 2026, or you may log into your account and cancel your subscription prior to this date.
