We’re sorry that we don’t have the product you are looking for on our site. We aim to offer as many flavors and forms of Fancy Feast as possible on MyFancyFeast.com, but we aren’t able to offer all Fancy Feast products on our site at this time. We are very interested in learning what additional flavors you would be interested in the future and ask that you please email us your suggestions at Help@MyFancyFeast.com.
Where can I find ingredient/nutrition and feeding information about a specific product on your site?
To access nutritional information for products on our site, begin customizing a Classic variety pack or Gems variety pack. From there, select the “View Details” link under a product to view the ingredients, guaranteed analysis, and feeding recommendations (within the images to the left).
Are there limitations on the minimum quantity of any one flavor that I choose?
Yes, there is a minimum quantity of 3 cans for each flavor for our Classic Variety Packs. The 3 can per flavor minimum applies to premium flavors such as Savory Centers, at the additional cost per can indicated.
Our Gems Variety Packs on the other hand, have no minimum quantities! Fancy Feast Gems are available in any combination.
No matter if you choose from our classic recipes, premium flavors, or Fancy Feast Gems, the good news is that you get to choose the varieties you want within each pack, which means you have control over the varieties and quantities you purchase when ordering through MyFancyFeast.com.
How many different varieties can I choose within a single Fancy Feast Variety Pack?
This is significantly more variety than you can purchase in our traditional in-store packs. Plus, you get to choose the varieties yourself! All premium flavors, such as Savory Centers, are available to add to any of these pack sizes.
For our Gems Variety Packs, you can choose any combination of the different varieties to build any pack size.
Can my order contain more than one Variety Pack?
You can certainly have more than one Variety Pack (box) per order. Just select the "Continue Shopping" link at the top of your cart and build another Variety Pack of your choosing and check out when you are done.
Subscription orders can also contain more than one Variety Pack. Simply choose a shipment interval (every week, every 2 weeks, etc.) for each subscription; Variety Pack subscription orders with the same shipment interval are treated as a single subscription and ship on the interval you choose.
Whether you choose a subscription or a one time order, you have the flexibility to build and purchase the number of Variety Packs that fit your needs.
What changes are being made to Fancy Feast recipes and Fancy Feast ingredients?
As part of our commitment to providing exceptional cat food made with high-quality ingredients, we’re updating a many of our recipes to be crafted without artificial preservatives and colors.
Why is Fancy Feast removing artificial preservatives and colors from recipes?
We’re always listening to feedback and input from cat owners, and we feel removing artificial preservatives and colors allows us to meet the current demands of cat lovers while also providing delicious, high-quality food for their companions.
Why does my cat’s Fancy Feast look different?
Our recipes will feature the high-quality, exceptional gourmet taste you expect from Fancy Feast, and you may notice subtle variations in the entrées’ appearance as we update our recipes to remove artificial preservatives and colors.

How do I create an account?
To create a MyFancyFeast.com account, visit our Create Account page. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, an email address, and a password.
I forgot my password – how can I retrieve it?
To recover your password for MyFancyFeast.com, visit the Password Reset page. From there, submit your email address, and you will receive a Password Reset email.
How can I be assured that your site is secure?
In order to ensure that your personal data is protected, our website is secured by SSL Certificates. To improve security, SSL certificates encrypt our site content and publish it securely using HTTPS instead of HTTP.
Depending on which browser you use, you may notice a SSL padlock icon displayed next to our URL showing that the site is secured with SSL certificates.

Can I order my products by phone?
For the security of your personal information, all orders may only be submitted via our website.
Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
We try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, often same day, so our ability to cancel or make changes to an order may be limited.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay as payment for orders on MyFancyFeast.com.
I have multiple $0.01 charges on my credit card – why?
You may see pending charges on your online credit card or bank statement, but they will never post to your account and will fall off at the discretion of your individual credit card company/bank. These are simply to test that your card is valid.
The product I received was incorrect or damaged.

Shipping & Delivery
How is your product shipped?
Our products are shipped by UPS Ground with proper packaging materials. Each Fancy Feast Variety Pack will be shipped in their own box. If multiple Fancy Feast Variety Packs are shipped, the shipping label for each package will be marked 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.
How quickly can I receive my product?
Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for your order to process, ship and arrive to you. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please make sure you provide us with a street address when ordering.
Will you ship product to Alaska and Hawaii?
MyFancyFeast.com does not ship orders to Alaska or Hawaii at this time, only to addresses within the contiguous United States.
How do I make special arrangements with UPS?

Can you deliver to an address other than the one my credit card is billed to?
Yes, of course! When placing your order, you will have the option of selecting or entering your desired shipping address, which can be different from your billing address used to place the order.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
My order has shipped. How do I track its in-transit progress? When should it arrive?
Our orders are shipped by UPS Ground. There are a number of ways to track your order:
Select the UPS tracking number link in your shipping email. You'll be taken to the UPS site for tracking updates.
Log into your My Fancy Feast account, select your order and find the UPS tracking link there. You'll be directed to your order page where the direct UPS tracking link can be found.
Select the following link or paste it in your browser: ups.com/track. Enter the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email, in the Track by Number box, and select the "Track" button.

How do I change the assortment of flavors in my subscription?

How do I change the frequency of my subscription orders?
To manage your subscription details, you must have an account. Visit your My Fancy Feast account dashboard or create an account. Once you log into your account you can edit the frequency of your subscription and change the date of your next order under Manage Subscription Details. You can also choose to skip an order by selecting the Skip link next to the Variety Pack image on the Manage Subscription Details page.
How do I pause or unpause my subscription?
To manage your subscription details, you must have an account. Visit your My Fancy Feast account dashboard or create an account. Once you log into your account, you can pause your subscription under Manage Subscription Details by selecting the “Pause” link for the subscription you want to pause. When you are ready to reactivate your subscription, simply revisit this section and select the “Unpause” link and update your next order date.
Select the Cancel link and provide your reason for canceling.
How can I get assistance with my subscription?

Promotions & Discounts
Where do I enter my coupon code?
On the Checkout page, there will be a field prompting you to enter your promotion code; enter the entire code into that text field and select the Apply button to see the discount reflected in your shopping cart. Please reference promotional terms and conditions for more details.
My coupon code is not working. What should I do?
If your promotion code is not working, make sure that you are not already receiving a discount as we cannot “stack” or apply multiple discounts to a single order. Also please double check that the code has not expired or previously been used.

How do I sign up for coupon codes/sales/promotions?
From time to time, we may offer discounts on our Fancy Feast Variety Packs. To stay informed about future promotions, we encourage you to opt-in to future promotions and communications by checking the communication opt-in checkbox under your Contact information at checkout.
Are there discounts for orders over a certain quantity?
We are sorry to share that we currently do not have a program to offer discounts on orders at a certain quantity. Please keep in mind the 10% savings when placing a subscription order instead of just a one-time order.
Can I use Instant Redeemable Coupons or Manufacturer Coupons when making a purchase on MyFancyFeast.com?
We are unable to accept any Instant Redeemable Coupons or Manufacturer Coupons at this time due to system limitations. We encourage you to use these coupons on your next shopping visit to your local retailer.
