Why isn’t the flavor or form I am looking for available on MyFancyFeast.com?

We’re sorry that we don’t have the product you are looking for on our site. We aim to offer as many flavors and forms of Fancy Feast as possible on MyFancyFeast.com, but we aren’t able to offer all Fancy Feast products on our site at this time.  We are very interested in learning what additional flavors you would be interested in the future and ask that you please email us your suggestions at Help@MyFancyFeast.com.

Where can I find ingredient/nutrition and feeding information about a specific product on your site?

To access nutritional information for products on our site, simply go to the page listing all of our Fancy Feast flavors and click the “View Details” link under the product descriptions. There, you will be able to view that product’s ingredients, guaranteed analysis, and feeding recommendations (click on the images to the left).

How many different varieties can I choose within a single Fancy Feast Variety Pack?

You get to choose up to 8 different varieties for the 24 pack, and up to 15 different varieties for the 45 pack.  This is significantly more variety than you can purchase in our traditional in-store packs.  And, you get to choose the varieties yourself!

Are there limitations on the minimum quantity of any one variety that I choose?

Yes, you must purchase at least 3 cans of each variety you choose.  The good news is that you get to choose what varieties you want within each pack, which means you have control over the varieties and quantities you purchase when ordering through MyFancyFeast.com. 

Website FAQs

How do I create an account?

To create an account with MyFancyFeast.com, click on the “Person Icon” in the upper right hand corner of any page on our site.  This is the head and shoulders icon located to the left of the shopping cart icon. This will direct you to the Login page, where you can also choose to “Create account”.  Choose “Create account” and you will be asked to provide your First and Last Name, an email address and password.

I forgot my password – how can I retrieve it?

To recover your password for MyFancyFeast.com, click on the “Person Icon” in the upper right hand corner of any page on our site.  This is the head and shoulders icon located to the left of the shopping bag (Shopping Cart) icon. This will direct you to the Login page, where you can also choose “Forgot your password?”  From there, submit your email, and you will receive a Password Reset email.

How can I be assured that your site is secure?

In order to ensure that your personal data is protected, our website is secured by SSL Certificates. To improve security, SSL certificates encrypt our site’s content and publish it securely using HTTPS instead of HTTP.  You will notice a SSL padlock icon displayed next to our URL.  This is only made available to sites secured with SSL certificates.

Ordering/Billing FAQs

I updated my account. why am I seeing a credit card charge?

As part of the new site and discounted subscription offer, we are processing orders using a new payment processor. As a result, we need our subscribers to reconfirm their account and order information on the new site in order to protect personal information.  Subscribers may see a charge and subsequent credit as part of the account confirmation process, however, a new order WILL NOT be placed. By reconfirming account and order information, our subscribers can be assured orders will be received on time and as expected. You will only be charged at the time your order ships. Thank you for your time and extra efforts with these changes.

Can I order my products by phone?

For the security of your personal information, all orders may only be submitted via our website.

I have multiple $0.01 charges on my credit card – why?

You may see pending charges on your online credit card or bank statement, but they will never post to your account and will fall off at the discretion of your individual credit card company/bank. These are simply to test that your card is valid.

Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?

We try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, often same day, so our ability to cancel or make changes to an order may be limited. If you wish to cancel or make changes to an existing order, please contact our team immediately via phone at 1-866-979-2470 and one of our team members will work to accommodate your request.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay as payment for orders on MyFancyFeast.com.

The product I received was incorrect or damaged. 

We apologize for any damaged or incorrect product you may receive. Please contact us via phone at 1-866-979-2470, or email us at Help@MyFancyFeast.com and one of our team members will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement.

Can I return a product once I receive it?

Promotion & Discount FAQs

Where do I enter my coupon code?

On the Checkout page, there will be a field prompting you to enter your promotion code. Enter the entire code into that text field. You will then see the discount reflected in your shopping cart. Please reference promotional terms and conditions for more details.

My coupon code is not working. What should I do?

If your promotion code is not working, make sure that you are not already receiving a discount as we cannot “stack” or apply multiple discounts to a single order. Also please double check that the code has not expired or previously been used. If you have made sure that your code is valid and are still having trouble, please contact us via phone at 1-866-979-2470, or email us at Help@MyFancyFeast.com and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

How do I sign up for coupon codes/sales/promotions?

From time to time, we may offer discounts on our Fancy Feast Variety Packs. To stay informed about future promotions, we encourage you to opt-in to future promotions and communications by checking the box next to “Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers” under your Contact information at checkout.

Are there discounts for orders over a certain quantity?

We are sorry to share that we currently do not have a program to offer discounts on orders at a certain quantity.  Please keep in mind that the price per can does decrease significantly if you order a 45 count vs a 24 count.

Can I use Instant Redeemable Coupons or Manufacturer Coupons when making a purchase on MyFancyFeast.com?

We are unable to accept any Instant Redeemable Coupons or Manufacturer Coupons at this time due to system limitations. We encourage you to use these coupons on your next shopping visit to your local retailer.

Shipping/Delivery FAQs

How is your product shipped?

Our products are shipped by UPS Ground with proper packaging materials. Each Fancy Feast Variety Pack will be shipped in their own box. If multiple Fancy Feast Variety Packs are shipped, the shipping label for each package will be marked 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.

How quickly can I receive my product?

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for your order to process, ship and arrive to you. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Unfortunately, UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please make sure you provide us with a street address when ordering.

Will you ship product to Alaska and Hawaii?

MyFancyFeast.com does not ship orders to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. We only ship to the continental United States at this time.

How do I make special arrangements with UPS?

Can you deliver to an address other than the one my credit card is billed to?

Of course. When placing your order, you will have the option of selecting or entering your desired shipping address, which can be different from your billing address used to place the order.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

My order has shipped. How do I track its in-transit progress? When should it arrive?

Our orders are shipped by UPS Ground.
