What are the advantages of creating a subscription?

My Fancy Feast subscribers get discounted pricing and free delivery on all orders. Additionally, by customizing your pack size, you can be sure that you’ll always have enough of your cat’s favorite flavors and avoid wasted cans.

How can I manage my subscription?

Easily manage your My Fancy Feast subscription by first creating an account. Then, simply log in to your account to take the following actions:

  • Change the next order date, skip a shipment or update the delivery frequency
  • Edit flavors and variety pack size
  • Update your payment method and shipping address
  • Pause or cancel your subscription

Note: If you opt to temporarily pause your subscription, it will not process any additional orders until you reactivate it. If you cancel your subscription and decide you’d like to receive recurring orders again in the future, you will need to create a new subscription.

Can I change the flavors or the size of my variety pack?

You can change both the size of your variety pack as well as the assortment of flavors for future subscription orders. Log in to your account to get started.

Note: While you can make changes to future orders, we’re unable to modify the variety of flavors in orders that are already in progress.

What is the cutoff to make changes or skip a delivery?

You can make changes to your subscription order up until 11:59 p.m. CT on the day before your order is scheduled to process.

Will I be notified before each subscription order processes?

You will be notified via email about your order prior to processing. Additional notifications will be sent once your order is processed and shipped.
